JetManager Aviation was founded in 2014 with a clear mission: to deliver the level of aircraft management that aircraft owners deserve but too often struggle to find.
Our story began in December 2011, during the entry into service of a newly delivered business aircraft. While participating in the process, we gained firsthand insight into the traditional aircraft management model commonly offered in the market. Although these services often focused on financial administration and invoice processing, we observed that critical operational areas such as maintenance oversight, aircraft availability, crew development, and long-term operational efficiency frequently received less attention than they deserved.
As aircraft operators ourselves, we believed aircraft management should be much more than administrative support. We were looking for a partner genuinely committed to safety, operational excellence, cost efficiency, aircraft reliability, and passenger experience.
Over the following years, we closely evaluated management practices across both the Brazilian and U.S. aviation markets. The conclusion was clear: owners needed a more personalized and proactive approach, one that aligned operational decisions with the owner's interests and long-term goals.
That conviction led to the creation of JetManager Aviation in February 2014.
